1. What size are your bracelets?

All bracelets are made to fit a standard 7-inch wrist. If you need a custom size, we can adjust the bracelet length — please contact us before ordering.

2. What materials do you use?

We use genuine gemstones paired with either durable stretchy cord, premium jewelry wire, or other high-quality materials depending on the bracelet design. Every piece is handmade with care for long-lasting wear.

3. How do I care for my bracelet?

To extend the life of your bracelet:

• For stretchy cord bracelets: gently roll the bracelet on and off your wrist, rather than pulling or tugging.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
• Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom, unused items in original packaging. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS within the U.S. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
